Privacy Policy
Notice under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ('GDPR') and, for users in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR. Last updated: July 2026.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Intarget DMCC, based in Dubai (Jumeirah Lakes Towers), United Arab Emirates, as the entity running the Antropic project. For any request concerning personal data, write to info@antropic.it.
2. Data processed
This is a static presentation website. It contains no registration forms, comment systems or profiling tools. The personal data processed is limited to:
- Usage data. The hosting provider's systems (Vercel Inc.) record technical logs — IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, user agent — needed to deliver the service and keep it secure. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Data provided voluntarily. Those who contact the institute by email, telephone, WhatsApp or Calendly share their contact details and the content of their message. The lawful basis is steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. Third-party services
Links to Calendly, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Amazon lead to external platforms with their own privacy notices, which apply from the moment the user reaches them. This site sends no data to those platforms during ordinary browsing.
4. Retention
Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider only for as long as strictly necessary for security purposes. Communications received are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any dealings that follow.
5. Data subject rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, data subjects may request access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and may object to processing. Requests go to info@antropic.it. A complaint may also be lodged with the competent supervisory authority: for the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); for Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
6. Transfers outside the EU and the UK
Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. (USA), which operates under the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR, including standard contractual clauses. The controller is based in the United Arab Emirates: communications addressed to the institute may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, under the same contractual safeguards.
