Advise · Module 01

Executive AI Advisory

An independent counterpart alongside senior leadership, with continuity. AI decisions reach the top already filtered by those who propose them: the advisory returns to the decision-maker a reading free of supply-side interests.

The problem

The asymmetry reaches the boardroom before the technology does.

Every AI proposal that reaches the top carries the interests of whoever presents it: vendors, integrators, internal functions competing for budget.

The cycle of governance decisions runs slower than the cycle of the technology. Decision-makers find themselves resolving on unfamiliar ground, with partial information and compressed timings.

The advisory exists to close that distance: an independent reading, in the language of the decision, available when the decision is genuinely on the table.

Who it serves

CEOs and executive management

Those who answer for the overall course and must decide on matters the rest of the organisation presents already filtered.

Boards of directors

Those who exercise the direction and oversight function and need an independent reading before resolving.

Executive committees

Those who coordinate senior executives and must keep AI initiatives, investment and priorities aligned.

How the work runs

Framing, cadence, confidentiality.

Every engagement follows the institute's method: it starts from the context and the decisions ahead, agrees a cadence, and works behind closed doors.

The ordinary cadence — monthly or quarterly — keeps the thread between one decision and the next. Critical windows have a dedicated channel: when a negotiation or a crisis compresses the timings, the institute is there.

Confidentiality is part of the service: content, papers and client names never become promotional material. What happens in the sessions stays with senior leadership.

01

Position papers

Confidential notes that frame a decision: scenario, options, implications and a reasoned recommendation.

02

Private sessions

Meetings behind closed doors with senior leadership, at an agreed cadence, with an agenda built on the decisions ahead.

03

Pre-decision opinions

An independent second reading of proposals, plans and contracts before signature or board resolution.

04

Availability in critical windows

Direct access to the institute when a negotiation, a crisis or an opportunity compresses the time to decide.

Frequently asked questions

How does Antropic's advisory differ from technology consulting?

Technology consulting designs and implements systems. Antropic works at the level above: the quality of the decision taken at the top. The institute sells no technology and implements no tools, so its judgement remains free of supply-side interests.

At what cadence does the work run?

The usual cadence is monthly or quarterly, set in the framing session. Alongside the ordinary sessions comes availability in critical decision windows, when timings refuse to follow the calendar.

How is confidentiality protected?

Every engagement is covered by a confidentiality agreement. The content of sessions and position papers stays with senior leadership: the institute does not name its clients and does not use their cases as public references.

Is technical grounding required to work with the institute?

No. The work starts from the language of the decision, not the language of the technology. Where needed, the institute translates the technical plane into implications for the business and for accountability.

Where does one begin?

With a framing session: context, decisions ahead, priorities. At its close, the institute proposes the perimeter, cadence and format of the ongoing counsel.
